Join us as we celebrate the 28th Anniversary of the UPV Teaching and Learning Resource Center on April 23-25, 2025. With the theme, “Innovate at 28”, the TLRC seeks to continue its mandate to enrich the teaching and learning environment in UPV.

Calling all board game and card game hobbyists and enthusiasts!
Challenge our masters from the UPV Tabletop Lovers and learn their tricks and strategies. Join us on April 24, 2025, starting at 9:00 AM and get in the fun.
So, arm yourselves, get ready to rise to the top and win cash prizes!
TLRC’s TeLeBingo! is now on its fifth run! For this year, we will be collaborating with the UPV Statistical Society to bring you fun and energy (and exciting cash prizes) as we celebrate our 28th Anniversary.
Mechanics of TeLeBingo!
- The TeleBingo is open to all UPV Constituents (students, faculty, staff). Registration is free.
- The TLRC will provide the Bingo cards to the players on the day of the event. Only the Bingo cards provided by the facilitators will be accepted in the game. The Bingo cards should be used for the entire game.
- For the game proper, there will be four (4) rounds with players aiming for a specific pattern and one (1) blackout round. The patterns will be revealed by the facilitators during the event.
- The first one to shout “BINGO!” will be declared the winner.
- The winners for each round will receive a cash prize of Php 1,000.00 (for the first four rounds) and Php 1,500 (for the blackout round). Should there be multiple winners in any round, the prize will be equally divided among the players
The TLRC and the All UP Workers Union Iloilo Chapter invite non-teaching staff who are interested in learning the principles of graphic design!
The Swak o Ligwak: Ang mga Dapat Malaman sa Graphic Design aims to equip staff members with skills needed for execution of graphic design materials for the use of their own respective offices/unit.
