COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

Core competencies

1) Learning Resource Management: Knowledgeable in teaching and learning intervention programs and activities, Can develop and teach relevant short or content
courses.
2) Training/Learning Implementation: Has background in organizing, conducting, and managing training and workshops.
3) Computer Systems and Network Maintenance: Familiar with various computer software operations applications

3) Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic working environment

WORK EXPECTATIONS
1) To conceptualize and conduct learning assistance programs student clients
2) To organize and facilitate teaching effectiveness programs for faculty clients
3) To develop and design, and layout and create learning modules and publicity
materials
4) To develop evaluation tools/instruments needed for impact assessment of programs
and activities

passport-sized picture and Work Experience Sheet (WES). These can be downloaded at www. csc.gov.ph.
3) Transcript of Records and Diploma either photocopy or original authenticated
copy issued by the University Registrar
4) Certificate Career Service Eligibility either photocopy or original authenticated
copy issued by the Civil Service Commission or its equivalent issued by the
Professional Regulations Commission
5) Certificate of Attendance to relevant formal or non-formal training courses,
seminars, and HRD interventions dealt with from the period of the last promotion
6) Certificate of Employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work
experience relevant to the job)
7) Certificate of Performance Rating obtained in the last rating period of current or
last employment, or GWA Certification for fresh graduates
8) Certificate of Awards/Citations/Commendations (that has not been credited for
last promotion) and Innovations/ Systems Improvements
9) Certificate of public service rendered (training program, technical assistance, and
advisory, information services, community outreach services, innovations and
technology transfer services, and direct extension services)
